Listed below we have posted instructions on a breathing technique we discussed in a prior show. This can be very useful when dealing with stress.

Breathing:
Inhale for 4
Hold for 7
Exhale for 8
4-7-8
Important to practice when you're feeling relatively calm, so the process feels comfortable and familiar. That way, it's more likely to occur to you to do it when you really need to.
