In this episode we discuss self-sabotage and how it happens. I talk about some recent potentially self sabotaging behaviors I was engaging in, and how, this time, I was aware of what I was doing, and could refocus my attention to be more self supporting . In the past, I would have been completely unaware of what I was doing Gina as always helps me look at things from a different perspective and opens my mind to new possibilities.
